I recently purchased new hearing aids from My Hearing Center and the result has been wonderful. Tony and Nikki are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I returned several times to Tony for adjustments as I become comfortable with a world of sound I was totally unaware existed. I've also experienced glitches with the software (probably a result of my pushing buttons on my phone). Thankfully, they have taught me how to correct it on my phone. This is my third pair of aids. My hearing aids got “out of pair” somehow. Nikki fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes. She was great! All in working order now.
Very friendly and they make you feel comfortable
My mother used them for new hearing aids. They provided great service. The process was a little confusing at first between insurance and the national company but once we got in the system it really smooth. Nicki, who handles all the scheduling, is awesome. Tony was patient and worked well with my mother.
