Excellent, relieable and proven in/out, guidance at the time of the sale; tireless teaching (coaching) when learning the device's usage, and cleaning/rstoration and repair when things go awry. From the moment you walk in you feel comfortable. Both Nikki and Tony are great! If it’s a complete hearing test or just a simple cleaning or adjustment, they always greet you with a smile.
