Well prepared and courteous. Help staff wonderful.
Been with these guys for years and they have helped above and beyond on the journey of being deaf....the device they provided allows me to continue to live life with some limitations but still be able to live and work and enjoy as much as possible.
Shelby and Whitney are very nice and treat like a friend. Shelby answered any question I had and explained things very well, didn’t rush me on time. All round it good experience
