Shelby is incredibly understanding and patient, and Whitney is so kind and welcoming that you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Shelby is knowledgeable, caring, and truly dedicated to helping you hear better. She took the time to listen, answer all my questions, and make sure my hearing aids were just right. I never felt rushed, and the care from both Whitney and Shelby has made a huge difference in my life. Highly recommend!
