I CAN NOT put into words how much frustration and stress this place has caused me. I started working with them back in MAY and was told I needed hearing aids.. it is now OCTOBER and guess who still does NOT have those hearing aids, yea me. I have Tricare and was told up front they could help and then it went to them not knowing how to work Tricare. When I tried to offer help I got a backhanded response. Good service. Technician knowledgeable. Wait of 7 to 10 days for replacement part only reason not five stars.
I first gave this business 5 stars with the original physician. Fast forward to 1 yr later, I am so disappointed by the care my mom received & I’m not taking her back. So many rescheduled appts driving 30 min with my disabled mom to be turned around. Multiple care providers have moved thru. While I appreciate the care of the current provider, I think the front staff Jenae has been the one consistent failure. I wish I had found a different office closer to my mom’s home. Huge regret.
