Should be a rating of zero!!! Je'nae is a very nice receptionist but she has no support whatsoever!
I called and left a voice mail, then decided to go over since it happened to be a day when the Oak Harbor clinic was open. Jenae (sp?) was preparing to call back when I walked in. She repaired my Phonak receiver free of charge in less than 15 minutes! Ignore the Yelp review, absolutely sterling service.
I am very happy with the wonderful service and extra care the team offers helping me adjust to my new hearing aids. I highly recommend My Hearing Center to anyone who has to make this transition. .
