A very satisfying experience. I am completely satisfied with my new hearing aids. And the people there are always so nice
This place has good customer service as long as the customer reaches out first. If your order is delayed they only inform you if you reach out to check status. It would be nice if they reached out before you have to.
The experience has been excellent. They are caring, helpful, and very knowledgeable.
My problem was fixed in a very short time
Ja’Net (pronounced ja-NAY) was very helpful during my appointment. She carefully reviewed each step of the maintenance process for me. It significantly improved my hearing quality. Subsequent post 12/18/25: Once again, stunningly efficient service. I pulled in with a dead earpiece and no appointment, and Ja’Net fixed it on the spot. It took less than five minutes! 05/29/26 Today I was treated with exquisite care and patience. No surprise!
