I was disappointed with my March 5th experience with Brenda Brown at My Hearing Center in Conway. I was told the receiver to my hearing aid was broken and couldn't be replaced. I've since found out that information was incorrect. Secondly, I was told my insurance didn't cover any part of the cost of a new hearing aid, however after checking my insurance covers $1450.00 of the cost for a new hearing aid.

RecommendedI went to the my hearing center off of college and salem.I have never met a team so eager to help and make sure I understood everything about my new hearing aid(that was not easy I'm 71) this office is run by a very efficent and friendly mrs. .Brenda Brown
Wonderful service, very friendly girls. Brenda goes out of her way to make sure you are satisfied. Love, love, love these girls!
It's been a pleasure working with the ladies when I needed the hearing aids tuned -up, or cleaned or repaired.
Brenda knows her business and is honest and her cusomers mean a lot to her

They made me feel very comfortable and were very friendly. Brenda explain my hearing test with knowledge and I will go back in the near future. I recommend this office highly!
