Very nice and made me feel very comfortable the whole time I was there. Only stopped by while I was in redmond to get some batteries and the rubber covers. I mentioned I don't get to redmond very often so she gave me extras. Very nice customer service !!

So I stopped by without an appointment to see if someone could help me. the receptionist took a significant amount of time to fix my problem. I appreciated her skill and kindness greatly. my treatment and quality of service at my hearing centers is always the best.
