Kelly, The receptionist and Maria were both very nice and I appreciated their friendly and patient help. Maria replaced the ear wax guards in both hearing aids and suggested I replace them both once a week as even though the right was working it had a lot of wax.
Happy with my hearing aids and Paola makes me feel comfortable.
