Stopped by for a quick fix on my hearing aids. Two ladies were there doing nothing. I was told they are not taking walk ins and that I would need to leave them. I live in Prineville and can’t leave them but they offered to have them ready in 30 minutes if I could come back. The lady that used to work there would have fixed them while I waited. Frustrating that they are only open 2 days week.
Unorganized, unprofessional and expensive. Take your business else where. There are far better audiologist in Deschutes county.
Paola helps me so much , she makes me feel really comfortable. She helped me get to the office and came and got me when I got lost cannot go without with my new hearing aids. Really can hear understand people with voices. They are comfortable. She takes her time with me. Feel good
Paola has great customer service. That is the best part. I like my hearing aids fine tuning for myself based on different situations. I feel taken care of . Happy patient
