Very polite, very professional and very informed on how the process takes on me getting my brand new devices to me so that I can hear she's a wonderful lady.My doctor at the hearing center
Stephanie took care of my hearing aid needs right away. My hearing level had gone down a bit more and I was able to take in my hearing report to get a reprogramming of my hearing aids. Stephanie was fast but also gave me as much time and attention as I wanted. Before I left she made sure everything was updated and functioning properly. She even helped me get scheduled for a follow up to make sure the reprogramming is working better for me. Saved me from just buying new hearing aids from the doctor. Always great service!
