I can’t begin to express how helpful the staff were at Connect Hearing when I had a problem with one of my hearing aids. I was away from home and had one aid fail, which for me is very serious and stressful. I contacted them, they made room to see me right away and corrected the problem I had and were incredibly helpful, generous and informative. I very highly recommend this business!
Dr. Tuan Ngo is an excellent Audiologist and highly trained in his field. I find the office well managed, neatly organized and pleasant. My appt. times are always on time and I am made to feel welcome. Thank you for your service.
