I suspected I had some hearing loss and their testing confirmed it. I tried a cheap hearing aid from the drugstore but it was horrible!! My hearing center has prescription hearing aids that pick up on whispers and muffle sounds that are not speech so I can hear the whole conversation now and don’t have to guess what people are saying.
Mike and Jake and (I'm sorry I don't remember the receptionist's name) and friendly and professional. Always a pleasure going there.
Waiting two weeks to get new hearing aids is troublesome when old ones are broken. The products should be onsite.
I love this place. They listened to my needs, explained what hearing loss that I had, dialed in my hearing aids perfectly!
