One of my hearing aids broke and from the moment arrived at my appointment they went right to work and quickly repaired my hearing aid. Friendly knowledgeable and fast. I was so impressed. Then I asked if they could research my insurance to see if I could apply for a new pair of hearing aids. Within minutes they had all the information I needed. A very positive outcome for my hearing problems
