Trisha has been very thorough, polite and professional. The hearing aids that she suggested were exactly what I needed. It's such a joy to be able to hear again! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in need of them.
I have been a patient of Dr Dibkey for years and each appointment is as perfect as the previous one. She’s very knowledgeable in her field of expertise, but at the same time, very friendly and cordial, always smiling. She is very patient and will explain all of your options, will not push you to the more expensive choice, and will give you time to think about it. One of her traits is punctuality. Listen up people. I have had high range hearing loss for decades. Karla and her staff, Melony, are the best at what they do. As evidence of this, My wife and I stopped at a fast food in Richmond Hill, GA. on the way home. We talked and listened to one another while we ate beside a family with small children and for the first time in years; I didn't ask her to repeat herself! I'm batting 1000 in that category and that's a Great thing. So thank you MHP and thanks to our LORD Jesus for leading us your direction. RJG
