The abusive and unprofessional behavior of Michelle Ruhnke warrants a formal investigation by the state board. She abruptly cut off long-term anxiety management care for all of her patients via a mass portal message that contained zero notice, zero aftercare, and no medical taper plan. I’m in 50 doctors offices a week. I was just there today. Incredible staff amazing provider. She deserves the best support possible. This is an amazing practice with A collaborating team staff. I liked them so much that they switched primary care doctor.
If you have a family member you care for, do not bring them here. Miss Michelle Ruhnke prescribed medication and treated a patient with a controlled substance as an “as-needed” plan, without regard for whether that was an ethical treatment approach. She prescribed whatever she chose. When the state changed its bylaws, she made no plan for any of her existing patients regarding new treatment options or substitute medications.
