Svetlana has helped me tremendously with my chronic insomnia and digestive issues. She is extremely compassionate about what she does and her knowledge of nutrition is solid. I highly recommend Svetlana for health coaching.
My experience with Sveta Burak, of My Health Beet SD, and her Spring cleanse was superb! Sveta is extremely knowledgeable and I appreciated how she was able to explain/back the 'why's' of the program with health science. Sveta was quick to answer any questions that arose and was very supportive during the entire duration of the cleanse. I recommend Sveta without hesitation and will look forward to working with her again, myself, in the future!

Svetlana's coaching helped me to get back to a stable life again. She taught me how to be happy and calm again. I participated in a 2-week cleanse through My Health Beet a few months ago and I feel a lot better as a result. Although I didn't intend to lose weight during the cleanse, I ended up 5 lbs lighter. My coach did a great job communicating daily, answering questions and providing helpful guides through the 2 week process.
