Always quick and reliable. Might not be the fanciest, but gets the job done.
I had a terrible experience. I went in with long, thick hair and clearly asked for a haircut that would leave the length just below my shoulders. However, the stylist immediately cut off about 3 inches, leaving my hair above shoulder length. When she showed me the mirror and asked if the length was okay, I told her it was too short, but she dismissed my concern and said it wasn’t her fault.
