I had a terrible experience. I went in with long, thick hair and clearly asked for a haircut that would leave the length just below my shoulders. However, the stylist immediately cut off about 3 inches, leaving my hair above shoulder length. When she showed me the mirror and asked if the length was okay, I told her it was too short, but she dismissed my concern and said it wasn’t her fault. MY is so nice with it, she gives the best haircuts
She was in a rush to cut my hair and my head felt like a battlefield. The worst cut experience with the trimmer roughing up my scalp, blunt shears and the comb that pressed crazy. She didn't seem to take any feedback and brush off my suggestions. The result looked good though - if you want a haircut for cheap and if you have a lot of hair then this place is for you.
