My Guys once again provided excellent service to my home's AC with a full explanaition of what parts and work were needed and what the charges would be. Excellent work, fair price, and dependable technicians. Laura, the scheduler, is a great team member who pleasantly updates me on arrival times, costs, and follow-up!

Just would like to say that Laura Your contact lady does a great job.She really goes beyond her duty to make sure our problems are are fixed and repaired..You just don’t see that in a lot of business anymore.She is the reason we stay with your company.So thanks again

I wish I could give these guys a negative star or no stars. Buyer beware, im forced to report these guys to the BBB. I got a second opinion and the reason my valve broke was due to their previous faulty work. I’ve asked for a return phone call and have yet to receive one after multiple attempts. They still haven’t returned my call. Update…. Still no follow up. Update…. 3/23/2025 still no follow up. Im beginning to think they may not follow up. Still a one star

I have been a loyal customer for years. It is rare now a days to have a company make you feel like you are their most important customer each and every time. I trust MyGuys to shoot straight with me. In my home that is now 21 years old (we are the original owners the whole time), I have had MyGuys replace the entire HVAC system both upstairs and down. Made the call regarding water heater issues received a call back and a diagnosis within 24 hours. Top-notch customer service from entire team and technicians on site. Situation was dealt with within 72 hours of calling for a water heater install. Everything was cleaned up on point working I would recommend this company 100%.
