I got over 15k of work done on my properties from these guys. They had to install four wall units on a multi unit I own and a mini split on another home. They did not repair any of the walls after install for the multi unit and they damaged large portions of the wall. They did not install new thermostats as promised. I had to have them come out twice to rectify. Coordinating with tenants for three separate visits for a one day job. On the house , the mini split has never worked correctly. Technicians were very professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job.
Techs were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and god the job done expeditiously. Plus they clean up each place they worked. I’ll gladly recommend this company.
The service associate was on time and friendly, he inspected and serviced the furnace and the air conditioning units. They passed, he was paid and I’m good for another six months or so.
I was treated well and all my questions answered our tec was considerate..he new what he was talking about.
