We have been using My Guy for a number of years, first to maintain our old heating/air conditioning system and then to maintain the new system we had them install (at a fair price). We had a little issue come up with the a/c and My Guy had Tyler out to check into it the next day. Tyler has helped us before and, once again, he was able to help. My Guy is solid, and Tyler is the best.
Tyler came to my home to repair my air conditioning unit. He is so respectfully explained the issues and fix it right away. On our conversation he called me “ mam “ just in respect. He was able to direct me to the unit and other issues and recommendation just in case if this issues happens again. I like this guy Tyler, very honest , precise and caring.
