Always professional. Great doc!!!
This is an amazing office with wonderful people who all CARE! Dr. Richman is the ultimate professional! He calls the day after surgery to make sure everything is going as planned. He gives you his cell and offers for you to calm him anytime with needs or questions! I feel safe in his care and his results are 2nd to none. He will do what’s needed even if it’s different from the original plan. I would recommend him to ANYONE who has any type of gum needs! Thank you Dr. Richman, as well as Sue! She is the cherry on top!
If I could give this office more than 5 stars, I would. They made my patient experience truly wonderful. Every encounter I had from the front desk staff, to the financial advisor, to the dental team was welcoming and professional. They made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. I came into the office feeling hopeless about my case, but Dr. Persut was absolutely amazing, and so was Elizabeth his dental assistant. Front staff, dental assistant and doctor were great. I had a great experience and it was very affordable so I would recommend them to anyone.
