I relocated to Memphis from Dallas, TX. From the beginning of my home rental search, Maria has been great! Great communication and very transparent. I rented with them for almost 3 years. I signed a 2 year lease and a couple of 3 month lease. Rent didn’t change when renewing lease. Anytime I needed maintenance they were on it with having someone within 24 hours. It did take over 30 days to receive my security deposit back, but I did get it and the return was far. No complaints, would recommend.
I have rented here for almost two years. I agree that Maria is on top of things. Maintenance requests are handled within a reasonable time.
First, let me say that from the beginning Maria has been awesome! Very professional, fast, and the customer service that she provides exceeded my expectation. I have been looking for the right management company for months and from working with her, I now see why I have chosen to lease with my great rental! I’m going to pull the “if I could give zero stars, I would” card. This company should be called “My Great Scam.” This company along with their agent Maria, scammed my husband and I, a military family, out of $1349. Money that my husband works hard for by dedicating his life to serving our country. We received orders to Memphis and found a beautiful house listed online from this company.
