Very Poor Customer Service. Spoke with 2 different people about shipping and both of them talked down to me. I paid for upgraded shipping and they shipped the cake regular mail and 2 days later than promised. Refused to refund the money I spent on upgraded shipping.
I have almost $550. of Coffee Cakes sitting in Dallas and will NOT arrive in time... Mass. to SE FL..?? why DALLAS?? Grandma's lied about when they would ship and when they DID ship.... UPS?? changed their delivery date... BOTH CAN NEVER EXPECT A POSITIVE REVIEW FROM ME... an expensive lesson. They will arrive too late to deliver and both blame the other. Grandma's cares not one bit about their customers, offered NO help... I paid expedited shipping... I will NEVER order from them again.
