My Glendale Florist provided the most outstanding customer service for me. I'm in Missouri and ordered flowers to be delivered as a birthday gift in Burbank. On the morning of the delivery, I found out the recipient was out of the country. By texting My Glendale Florist, they were able to cancel that day's delivery (I didn't want to waste perfectly good flowers). Received the “Peachy Rose Garden” arrangement. It’s beautifully done and excellent quality.
What a wonderful business, they were so helpful and responsive. I needed a large bouquet for my fiancé’s bridal shower and waiting until the day before to figure it out. My Glendale Florist helped me pick one out over the phone, texted me pictures, and customized the order all in less than 24 hours. So helpful, so nice, and very well priced. Would HIGHLY recommend!
