A very friendly atmosphere from the moment you walk in and greeted at the front desk. I am a very anxious patient and every effort was made to make me feel less anxious. Due to where I live I wanted to find a dentist that was supportive of my anxiety, so I am happy to travel 10 hours from my rural town to visit this dentist.
I’ve been seeing Dr. D for a few years now, and she is an outstanding dentist and a truly caring person. During my cancer treatment, she went out of her way to make my ongoing care easier and less stressful. When I needed a root canal, she went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible, explaining each step and only continuing when I was ready. I am very happy that I have come across a dentist who I feel so comfortable with. Dr Dee is a fabulous communicator, and I am now always at ease when I go to the dentist. She clearly lets me know what is going to happen during my appointment and this is a blessing for anxious patients. She never rushes me and constantly checks to see if I am experiencing any pain. We have a great experience at Gentle Dentist, even my 4 kids don’t object to a visit to the dentist. Ceiling mounted TVs definitely help during kids appointments and long appointments. Dr Deepti and the team are always wonderful to deal with. Very happy with our treatment from kids dental care, crowns and mouth guard moulds. Thank you
