Monica was very helpful
Absolutely the worst storage facility I've ever used. First of all my niece rented it after conning my sister, and putting her in an old folks home, then putting her stuff here, her husband rented it online and they said he had 2 rentals charging my sister for them I couldn't move it for 1 month, so my sister had to pay for it again, then I had to buy a lock to secure it, now 3 months after renting it, , month after cleaning it out they are saying she still owes, my sister wants a small dog because she is lonely and she can'... read more
