Just gotta say the manager Angela is awesome. She totally helped me navigate and gave me awesome pointers and was so patient while I was trying to pay for 20 minutes (my card was locked smh) thank you for your kindness and generosity and you've definitely won my loyalty
One person made me a believer that there is still hope in the customer service industry. Angela Mason. I recently heard that they're going to automate the facility and honestly that saddens me. I must say Angela is the most authentic and personable person I've ever dealt with. She made sure we had everything in order on.
