The manager at this facility is so knowledgeable and helpful. So there’s an owner named Gary and someone named Annie that people have seen and spoken to? Interesting. Yeah no, save your time. If you need a place go down the street to Amy's attic. Worst customer service line; the national number is useless and the local service hasn't been noticed by me because nobody ever calls back. Meanwhile, it seems my rates have gone up almost every 6 months. ​I was there since 2015 when it used to be Amy's Attic and there's a reason they sold that building and built a new one.

Annie is friendly and takes pride in her properties. Great promotions and I love the small gated property for easy access. They offer smart units that give you 24/7 motion alerts, great promotions, and affordable insurance with no hidden fees unlike the big box stores that nickel and dime you. I highly recommend storing with them!
