Just came back from a week at the Victorian and it was amazing. Our unit was spotless and exactly as described. They even had a book with directions to use the cooktop which was appreciated. We did have one issue - not their fault - and they responded immediately and made sure our issue was resolved. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.
