Had another great experience here. I’ve been three times, twice with Sammy and most recently with Bella. Sammy did my nails for my engagement shoot and I was obsessed. I saw Bella today and she also did a great job. Bella was very detail-oriented while being efficient. In no way have I ever felt rushed here. I appreciate how Sammy and Bella paid attention to the side of my nails, as I sometimes feel that other places don’t go all the way to edge. My nails also last a long time. I will be back!

I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt after multiple instances where I was rushed out and treated rudely even with having an appointment but this most recent time they charged me $25 for gel x removal which was not specified on their website, and now my fingers look like this.

I loved this place and have been coming since I moved here. However I called to reschedule my appointment bc I was attacked by a cat and had to go to urgent care and had open wounds. They would not reschedule- they could only cancel and they charged me full price. So I’m not going back now.
