Quick and efficient service. Hot stones were nice and the massage was great!
Yesterday I accidentally made a same day appointment instead of next week. They called me and I apologized and explained I didn’t select the correct day. The person told me it was ok and would move the appointment to the day I wanted. Today I saw I was charged. I called and they did confirm I was charged as a no show. Again, I explained the error and was told it was ok and the appointment was moved but they are still charging me as a no show. I have been going there since they opened but will not go back after this.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Great neighborhood nail salon rec’s to go to instead include: - Pearl Street Nails - Trendy Nails & Lash on South Broadway - Bee Nail Salon Discrimination and unprofessional service encountered from this manager. — I was excited for a lovely girls' outing and had two scheduled appointments.
