Best Dry Cleaner – I recently moved from the UES downtown to Soho--- My husband and I have been using My Fresh Shirt for a couple years now, and we're happy to find out that they also service Soho!!! In fact, their customer service explained they actually service quite a few zip codes in NYC. In any case, great service and customer service with My Fresh Shirt.

now do i have a tip for you ! – I recently moved from the UES downtown, and unlike everything else in my life that had to change, my dry cleaner remained the same! I've been using My Fresh Shirt for about a year now and was very happy to hear that they also service Battery Park City. One good thing about moving I guess.

Fresh Direct of Dry Cleaning – My husband and I currently use Fresh Direct and found My Fresh Shirt through mutual friends that couldn't say enough about this service - they were right. The customer service was A+++ .... we even received a telephone call the following week to make sure that everything was to our liking. Needless to say, My Fresh Shirt, you have another customer here in NYC!

they are a needle in a haystack... – I'm a huge fan of My Fresh Shirt ---- The whole convenience model for an online cleaner is brilliant! The first few months was a little rocky with regards to the customer service but they launched a new software so you can save your starch / no starch preferences and the customer service has been great... I think his name was Steven --- such a nice guy.

Always looking to make my life better... – I started using them after having read a blurb on them in The New York Magazine. First order was picked up and delivered with no problem; great! The second was a bit late and my clothes were not exactly how I wanted them... Thank you for the great customer service! – My Fresh Shirt is my new favorite dry cleaner - I have been using My Fresh Shirt for about a year or so, and had nothing but great experiences with them... I was leaving this past month for a business trip and completely forgot to schedule service, so I called them to see what could be done. I was immediately greeted by an extremely kind man that told me he would take care of everything, and guess what.... he actually did! great dry cleaner – If you need a good dry cleaner use them - Pretty simple. My Fresh Shirt is online only so there are no shops to go into, but who really wants that anyway. Pick up my clothes, take them to your cleaning facility and then bring them back ready to wear... I don't need a fancy place nor a run down place where cats hold off the mice. finally, a good dry cleaner that works around my schedule... – My old dry cleaner said to me one day, " I should charge you storage for the length of time you keep your stuff in my shop".... well buddy, it would be great if your shop were open past 7pm so I could pick up my "stuff". Then My Fresh Shirt came into my life :) its really nice to have specific scheduling of day/times when I want my things picked up... not a typical 5 hour window like Time Warner cable, and identical to Fresh Direct's 2-hour windows of service....... read more
