On the 10th of October 2025 I had a lady aggressive to me over the phone and she made false accusations about me.She kept repeating herself and was very rude. I have a Anxiety disorder and a disability and I find phone calls Anxiety provoking so I felt so bad after that phone call I have gone with another company which has been much nicer.
I have a disability and I have alot happening so I missed one appointment got the time wrong. I already felt guilty then I was spoken to over the phone the receptionist was rude and kept going over the same stuff.Then said that i had a history of not turning up? I'm really not sure where that came from as I have rung up if I couldn't make it. I wanted to give a good review but I can't after that call.
I saw Andy for the first time today. I have trauma to both of my big toes & Andy explained the options of how to deal with it. I found Andy to be very professional & kind. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a brilliant podiatrist, who is focused on patient care.
Just saw Andy and was pleasantly surprised. After a previous bad experience that kept me away for years, with diabetes I couldn't delay any longer. Andy explained everything so clearly and thoroughly. A great visit. Highly recommend Andy as a podiatrist.
I’m so glad I went to the Myfoot dr. Jacob was quick to diagnose and advise of the best course of action for me. Would 100% recommend.
