My review is about my experience in 2024, but I felt like they only cared about money and playing with my feet. Not at all was I told how much the appointment was going to cost until after the appointment, neither was I told what was going to happen during the appointment, I’m still trying to understand what happened.. I was referred here by a GP and My Foot Dr only emptied my bank account and didn’t do anything to help with my feet pain and I am still in agony since nothing was done and I am too traumatised still by this ex... read more

At the Foot Doctor in Mackay, the staff were professional, helpful and pragmatic. They listened and worked through my foot issues with me and I can now walk pain-free using my orthotics. The aftercare and follow-up was greatly appreciated.
