I went to see Jakob with long standing (no pun intended) foot issues that I always assumed were ‘normal’ or ‘just the way I am’. It turns out they were easily fixed! A couple of appointments and a new type of sneakers and the issues have all but resolved. Jakob was extremely knowledgeable, practical, solution focused and mindful of keeping expenses down. Highly recommend!
After suffering the pain of plantar fasciitis in my left foot for 1yr, I took the overdue step of visiting MyFootDr, Ipswich. Orthotics for both feet is costly so I wanted the best advice & service available. Cameron Chaplin, Podiatrist provided me with excellent care & information during consultations. Within a week of fitting the orthotics, I was able to walk without pain on a fortnight's visit to Japan. Should have gone sooner - the $$ are worth the visit!
Cameron Cooke was professional, efficient, and a great presence in the practice. I came in for an ingrown nail surgery - Cam made me feel comfortable and provided a great, thorough service. Furthermore, when booking the appointment over the phone the team was very helpful and accommodating. Any future podiatry needs I will be coming here!
My first appointment with jacob was great I have fibromyalgia and had terrible pain in my feet I felt very happy and positive at my first appointment. When the orthotics were made I had to go back three times to have them adjusted and now I can't wear them at all as they hurt my feet so badly. I blame it on the material used as previous orthotics were made from a different material. Visited My Foot Dr clinic in Ipswich this morning! Their new premises are fabulous and the staff even more so! Reception staff were inviting and polite! Jacob was my podiatrist and was so great! My treatment (which normally can be a bit painful) was painless and he was very professional and has a great bed side manner! Gold star clinic in my opinion!
