Not helpful. Went in December and got my orthodics recovered during an appointment as I can't walk without pain without them. (If sent away it takes at least 1 week) Rang and made an appointment for my son to get a review and his orthodics recovered and the podiatrist refused to do it. Said it would take hours. Strange when another podiatrist can do it in 10 to 15 mins. Very unhappy with this place and will not be going back. Receptionist was very friendly.

This was my first visit and I saw James who was lovely and strapped my feet for me. After that it all went a bit downhill. I asked James if he could email me a return to work plan which he assured me he would but I had to call and chase it up. He also said he would call me the following week to see how I was going and to make a time to come in and get my feet strapped again if I felt it had helped. I never heard from him. I guess I won’t be going back and I wouldn’t recommend.
I had a great experience at this clinic. The service was excellent, they were able to fix my orthotics within the same day. Lovely staff, very efficient and kind. Would highly recommend :)
