Lovely staff and super helpful, specially with finding someone who can do the job if they are not able to.

This was my first visit and I saw James who was lovely and strapped my feet for me. After that it all went a bit downhill. I asked James if he could email me a return to work plan which he assured me he would but I had to call and chase it up. He also said he would call me the following week to see how I was going and to make a time to come in and get my feet strapped again if I felt it had helped. I never heard from him. I guess I won’t be going back and I wouldn’t recommend.
I had a great experience at this clinic. The service was excellent, they were able to fix my orthotics within the same day. Lovely staff, very efficient and kind. Would highly recommend :)
Am very happy with this service friendly from the time l ented plus the treatment on my feet by joshua has made walking a lot better than my first visit
