Needed a brace made for my daughter. One day before scheduled visit to make the brace we received a call stating we were still waiting for approval from insurance, I would receive a call to reschedule once approved. A month passed no call. No returned call after 2 messages left requesting a callback to see where we were in the process. Finally a response once I submitted an email. Very pleased! I went in for a diabetic foot check and ended up having ingrown tow nail surgery right away. Did a great job! Very nice :)
