Very disappointing. I called to consider using their firm for an eviction. Mr. Wade was very clear that they simply file the paperwork and I needed to know what type of eviction I was filing, what notices needed to be provided, etc. That is fair enough. I politely told Mr. Wade that his firm would not be a good fit for me then. He proceeded to tell me then I don't know what the F*&^ I am doing as he hung up on me. Wow, great customer service!
