CAUTION..Don't pay for the full service. I paid in full. I was able t get the tenant out on my own. I was promised a partial credit. Robert said "the check is in the mail" 4 months ago. He is a liar. Good luck with theses guys.

I called to have a consultation to see if I had a case. I was transferred 4 times went through the story and they said they would put me in contact with the right person and was on hold for 15 minutes each time they transferred me. I finally hung up because if this is the way they operate it doesn’t give me much confidence in their professional ability. I’ll look for someone that knows what their doing.

This company is amazing. They make everything so easy. Robert has been very helpful through the whole process. I called him with knots in my stomach and I feel so much better now. I was referred by another real estate investor who has used him multiple times. I am so happy I paid the $200 to have someone else take care of everything for me. I highly recommend!
