I had already given a tenant a 30-day notice. Then I contacted Robert and he start an eviction paid him almost $1,000. He told me I if I paid an extra $200. He would be able to place a judgment against the tenant for the money. Now that my tenant moved, he didn't have to serve or do anything but she destroyed my home. He's telling me that I have to go to small claims to get any money after I paid an extra $200 to have a judgment placed against this person. He changed his story so he pretty much took my money and did nothing.
