These folks are the best! The selection process was painless with lots of pertinent advice. It was an insurance job (water damage) but they were very patient as I worked within the insurance company. Brad and his crew worked diligently for four days tearing out the old floor and installing the new one. Not an easy task because I have a model railroad layout covering almost half the basement. They handled it easily. Nice guys, friendly and very competent. I highly recommend MyFloors!
Called them for a quote sale rep came out. Very friendly and professional went through many options and found the right flooring for me. Installers were professional and polite. They worked together like clockwork tearing out and installing new. After the installation they cleaned and gave pointers on keeping it looking good. Highly recommend my floors for all your flooring needs and installation. Will use them again guaranteed.
OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND PRODUCTS!! I had an absolutely fantastic experience with my recent carpet installation, thanks to Taylor, Kaleb and Hunter. Had an excellent experience with My Floors. My subzero and oven both were broken, and, having been built in 30 years ago, I wasn't sure what to do. I couldn't use the same cabinetry or appliances. My Floors excellent team showed me all sorts of options. They just finished adding in a new wall of cabinetry which left me with new appliances and new cabinetry which was different from what I had before but fit in perfectly, and added warmth and function. Everyone loves it, as do I! I highly recommend them!!
We recently had a bathroom floor leveled and replaced. Andrew was very informative and detailed with the process, cost, as well as choosing the flooring at the Galion store. Brad and his assistant worked efficiently and the installation was well done. Highly recommend.
