When I called about the job vacancy, I received a good response. However, I haven’t started the work or services yet, but as far as I feel, it seems good.
Horrible company to work for with no compassion. Hire you on a casual basis and then remove all shifts and ignore communication after all medical certification/ off work Dr letters have been provided. Wouldn't recommend working for them or using their services for yourself or loved ones.
My mother is 90 years of age, insulin dependent diabetic but, because she has Parkinson's tremors, she can't self-administer her insulin. She is DVA, so she has MyFlex as a care provider. They are supposed to go to her home and administer her insulin every day but have let us down on more than one occasion. Today they informed us she would not get her insulin tomorrow because they don't have the staff. No help was offered in finding a solution to that problem. They called to say they could not turn up to give my insulin dependent relative their insulin injection and told me that I would need to sort it out. When I told them that was their job, and it was appalling that they would just not turn up. The Myflex rep said that I "chose to dump the responsibility of my relative on someone else." I hope that they really do record the calls. Total lack of care and responsibility.
