The team at Flex are always wonderful and very helpful, would recommend their services to anyone
Their support workers are unpunctual and the company change the time from morning to 3 pm shower with a text notice in the morning when they are supposed to turn up. Different staff as well. Not the best service
When I called about the job vacancy, I received a good response. However, I haven’t started the work or services yet, but as far as I feel, it seems good.
Horrible company to work for with no compassion. Hire you on a casual basis and then remove all shifts and ignore communication after all medical certification/ off work Dr letters have been provided. Wouldn't recommend working for them or using their services for yourself or loved ones.
