Just walked in for the first time, and as an avid snap kitchen lover, I thought I wouldn't be impressed. Wrong. The customer service I just received was impeccable! I seriously will be coming back again and again! Also, the chili was delicious and I didn't have to pick out a single onion! Yum!
Terrible experience, had an appointment set up, when I went they had no record, and I found my information written on receipt laying on a keyboard from the day before. Manager didn't seem to interested, going to Kirby location instead
