Call ahead to make sure they have your favs. Sometimes they are low on stock but the attendant is always friendly, packs my food well, and opens the door for me. Best service. I'd rate it a 5 but they lack selection most times I stop in.
There isn't really anything special about My Fit Foods but it's a great place to go if you don't feel like cooking and you are health concious. It will cost you a pretty penny for a small portion of food but your waistline will thank you for it! This location was clean and the staff was helpful.
Great fresh food. Part of my ritual every week.
