5 stars is not enough. Customer service above and beyond. I have a very old cast iron insert and the fan/blower has not worked in years. I spoke to their rep for at least 45 mins on the phone diagnosing and sending pictures since the stove is old and not common. Finally the rep ordered me a control you, very inexpensive, as solution step 1. Welp it was solution all. Rewired the control unit and fan kicked up like it was brand new. Jay from My fireplace blower was able to find me a kit for my fireplace that was under $175, the equivalent kit was over $350 from the retailer. He was able to provide instructions and delivery was super quick!
Top-notch customer service, helped me diagnose a rattling blower unit and then shipped a replacement out when we determined the current unit couldn't be fixed properly. They RMA'd it no problem and the new unit shipped out lightning fast. They were laid-back about when they'd be receiving the old unit as well due to scheduling issues with my installer. A+ all around!
