Spoke with Aaron. Very flexible, nice guy and not too salesy, and he did an estimate right over the phone for this fence. Turns out, I have a very good email/pen pal who lives in Reston, VA, just 21 miles from their offices. He got married not two or three months ago, so I simply called up for a quote for his fence.

There were a lot of problems working with this company that are all centered around customer service and communication. They came and took measurements and installed flags to show where the fence would be. On a day of installation my wife noticed that they are installing fence not where the flags are (partially our fault because we asked them for a discount and instead of that they just diminished the square footage ) so she asked if its possible to move fence up to the original measurements, they agreed , told her they they... read more

I thought they were going to be a great company however they turned out to be a disappointment. An estimator came out quickly to my house to take his measurements. He assured me that I would have the estimate within a day or 2. After calling 3 days later to get an update, I was told that someone would call me back shortly. 2 more days have gone by and no response. My Fence Guys designed, built and installed a horizontal sliding gate in our yard. Bill and his team were prompt and professional throughout the consultation and construction phases. The end product is a gate that not only looks great, but works great as well. My Fence Guys stands by their work, and we had nothing but a very positive customer service experience with them from start to finish. If we ever need any other fence or gate work done, I know who we will contact first.
