Ordered online delivery. I chose 12 bagels. I actually paid extra for upgrades. I did not receive one bagel that I requested. Tried contacting and no one will answer me. They are generally not very friendly.
This was the final straw. my boyfriend and I will never be ordering from My Favorite Muffin again. What used to be a place we enjoyed has turned into a complete disaster. The BLT I ordered was absolutely inedible. It was drowned in an obscene amount of cream cheese and unbelievably had no lettuce at all. This isn’t even the first time this has happened, but this time it was beyond ridiculous. First time here. The place is nice. But the muffins are hard as a rock n its way over priced. I asked if the were fresh? They said yes but they lied. Ill never go back. EVER!
If I could give a cero star I would. The customer service at this place is the worse. The hispanic light skin lady with a tattoo on her chest is very rude. She always has a terrible attitude. She even made face when you ask for the order. She’s the main reason I stop going to that place. They should hired people who really wants to work and have basic manners. Very disappointing.
