Went in for a haircut I booked with one of the owners this morning then 10 minutes before the appointment I got a text saying they wanted to know if they could change my appointment to Hailey. Honestly I was fine with it as no one there had cut my hair before so I had no expectations. Hailey was very welcoming and my first impressions were positive.
