I ordered $50 worth of food and it was raw. I messaged him on Facebook, said to call him. He offered me a pizza that only costs $20.00 are you serious? I try to support my local business, but after this never again! All I wanted was my order remade it's not that difficult. They lost a customer.

All I can ask customers is if you have an issue with an order is that you call us immediately so we can address it then, not one week later. I offered a large pizza to you today which was refused, but we will still put a credit for a free pizza for that phone number you gave us just in case you ever change your mind.

If you are going to advertise a Chicago style deep dish pizza, that is what you should deliver. Completely not what we received. This was a square pan pizza. In no way whatsoever a Chicago style deep dish. If you have any questions about what it is, try google images. Super disappointed with this.
