Very disappointing experience. The receptionist missed my scheduled appointment and then appeared to give inaccurate information to the doctor while I was standing right next to her. I emailed the clinic asking for the issue to be recorded as a formal complaint, but it has been four days and I have not even received an acknowledgement. Based on this experience and the lack of response, I would not recommend this clinic and will not be returning.
