I attended this medical centre today and was genuinely impressed with the level of service. The staff were welcoming, efficient, and attentive from the moment I walked in. Compared to the medical centre I had been attending for the past 10 years, this place felt vibrant, organised, and truly patient-focused. The whole experience was smooth and reassuring. I’m very happy I made the switch.

Horrible wait times! Waited over an hour for an appointment at 12:20 only got let in at 1:30. I understand that there is an urgent care mixed with this medical centre and walk ins are being taken but there is no care towards people who have appointments. We saw the doctor going back and fourth on the phone and disappearing into the back rooms and had to get his attention to be let in the room. Receptionist was also always on her phone while walking around and talking to other people almost like she’s on break when she isn’t.... read more
