I had a very disappointing experience. I waited over an hour and thirty minutes before being seen. When I finally met with Dr. Pronati Das the interaction felt rushed and impersonal. My condition was not clearly explained to me, and I left the appointment without a better understanding of what was wrong, which was frustrating and concerning. The receptionist girls are friendly and absolutely amazing I would give them 5 stars. However Dr Pronati Das is very unprofessional she doesn’t engage with me when I was explaining about my son’s symptoms. She was gesturing with hand movements to make him seat and point to his ears to check. I am not sure that she is new or has language barrier. However as a practicing doctor here in Australia it is compulsory to know English very well to avoid miscommunication which can lead to missed diagnosis. Also Having empathy and comp... read more
I refuse to take my family anywhere else. The reception ladies are wonderful and friendly and our family GP Dr Mariam Ghufran is amazing. I can not sing her praises enough. Dr Mariam has been our family GP for just shy of 6 years, she is thorough, friendly and so kind, I have never felt rushed when seeing her. Dr Mariam is as much an advocate for my children's and my own health as I am.
I took my daughter to the urgent care and they were so quick to see us and were very helpful. A few days later we got a call from them just to check in and see how we are doing and they asked if we had any questions or concerns. Excellent service and caring staff.
