No issues no appointment needed bulk billing and never had a issue didnt cost $50bux for 15min

System was down was told we would have to wait, which was fine. After an hour of waiting and people who had arrived after us going in to see the doctor we were there for I went to the counter and asked only to be treated very rudely! Before I could even ask the receptionist behind the desk told me she had logged out and the system was down when we arrived. Never answer the phones, wait FOREVER! Do yourself a favour and go to kirwan doctors. At least they answer the bloody phone!
My regular medical practice is about 30 minutes away so thought I'd try My Family Doctors Kirwan. Bad decision. Arrogant young doctor couldn't have been less caring, making my feel I was wasting his valuable time. What an over educated prat. Reception staff were lovely and I'm sure permanent doctors at the surgery are brilliant.
