I am an English speaker and this office is terrible. I /my insurance clearly stated multiple times what was needed, tests, referrals ect. We were consistently met with what I can only assume is incompetence. I now tell new providers that the time i spent under care here is undocumented outside of claims.
Dr. Wheeler is AMAZING! I was and am having really bad problems that were affecting my day to day life. Obviously I had to see specialists too, through her recommendation, get the tests done and all that. There’s much more to do as well. However, I woke up today without any debilitating pain. I do have some days that are better than others. While I am usually in great discomfort. I didn’t even have breakthrough pain today till almost 2:00pm. My first visit here to see Carol Hagan was positive and she being helpful check on my health overall made me glad that things are fine with me.
