While I like this dentist office recently they reached out for days for my new insurance. I provided my new insurance 48 hours before the appointment only to find out after the appointment I was out of network and had to pay out of pocket for the appointment I just finished. I am frustrated because I was unaware I was out of network, assuming they were asking for my new insurance ahead of time to ensure.
