Avoid this place if at all possible! I got a Groupon for an eye exam and $100 credit towards glasses. While the exam itself wasn't bad, the follow-up with the guy who sells the frames and lenses was awful. He was very pushy and the lenses were ridiculously overpriced. Even with the credit, we couldn't afford to get glasses there, so we decided to take the prescription and go elsewhere. I have been using Dr. Byrd's services for more than four years and it's my pleasure to say that he has been very caring, professional, and thorough with his examinations of my family. I am displeased with his associated eye wear vendor, specifically their customer service. I am somewhat saddened that we must move to another optometrist because he is good but we've had enough from his eye wear associates.
