Customer service and the service they provide were great. My wife and I went to find some glasses for her and spoke with one lady the day before and met Jacob today. They were both able to give a nice discount on frames and lenses for her. And these were high index lenses. Very helpful. Definitely better than Walmart, and America's Best, price wise.
I had a great experience with the Flower Mound location! I happened to come in at the right time! Joy was WONDERFUL and I felt like she enjoyed helping me find the frames to fit my personality! All in all, I will recommend the FlowerMound location to everyone!
This was the best service and experience I have received in many years of getting my glasses. Joy was so helpful and because she was through I did not need any adjustment to my glasses. I will be back next year.
This store rocks. I bought a pair of glasses in February and Joy took great care of me. I stepped on my glasses and broke them and I took them in and Marco was working the store. He fixed my glasses and also sold me some new sunglasses
