Read the fine print. Deceptive.
Worse experience of my life!!! Took 4 weeks to get glasses. Had theses glasses about three months, frame broke in half. Didn't have the same frame so pick another one. Got those glasses back, bifocals was almost as big as the lenses. Waking another two weeks. This as gone on for months.Bad bad customer service. Do not go to My eye lab if you want to keep your sanity. .
Why do they advertise "2 pairs for $69" on their website, but only have signs "buy 1 get 1" in their store? I asked and was given a vague reply. This was of of the main reasons I have opened an online complaint with consumer affairs in Florida. Over the past few years, they had "2 pairs of frames" for $xx, and then "2 pairs of eyeglasses" for $xx. Seems like they're always trying to deceive their customers.
