Assistant Store Manager Rebin was great I recommend you to come here and get help with your eye wear. The experience was so great. I have been here several times but today made me call this home.Â

I’m giving two stars only because I like the frames that I payed an arm and a leg for. anyways wouldn’t recommend getting glasses here it isn’t even a real person doing your exam it’s a foreign man on a screen talking to you. #uncomfortable #what #gosomewhereelseÂ
Went in with my dad on this date of the review, the front and help desk were great service but the actual exam was virtual you basically don’t see a real doctor at all. Virtual eye exams are not that accurate at all, the person who was helping my dad do the exam virtual was very rude, I was there to translate he told me to stop talking basically, if you want a accurate eye exam go somewhere that a doctor you see actually being there helping you out. I would never come here again. I should have went back to eyeglass world. The exam is done virtually which I never heard of before and you won’t know until you go in the room for the exam and a lady comes on the screen. I don’t think that’s an efficient method to diagnose any type of eye diseases. Secondly the ladies at the front who assist you with glasses were rude.
