These employees are so gun ho on sucking money out of the client, that they gave me a hard time to get a copy of my previous prescription. I simply wanted to track the progression of my vision and did not care if the prescription was about to expire. Trude and whoever the male manager is, were not pleasant to speak with at all. Although my prescription for my glasses expires on 8/26 and today is 8/10, they kept telling me it didn’t make sense to even have a copy of my prescription, let alone use it. I can not recommend this office. I went in for an eye exam so I could renew my contact prescription. The lady that checked me in and did the initial tests was extremely nice and friendly. But that was the only positive I can give. The so called doctor telecommuted the visit from a different country, by using computer monitors and mirrors. When I finished the eye exam they kept one eye the same and bumped the other by a lot.
